Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email with your order details and download instructions will be sent to the email address you used at checkout immediately after your payment is processed. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Q: Can I cancel my order before downloading?

No, once the order is placed and payment is successful, it cannot be cancelled, so please think carefully before placing the order.

Download & Access

Q: When will I receive my e-books?

All e-books are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Theoretically you will receive a download link in your confirmation email right away. However, due to network latency, it may take 10 seconds to three minutes to receive the e-book download link email, with 90% of cases receiving it within 30 seconds.If you have not received the email, including the trash can, within 5 minutes, please contact customer service directly or send us an email. We will resend it to you as soon as we see it.
Q: How do I download my e-books?
  1. Open your order confirmation email
  2. Click the "Download" button or link
  3. The file will save directly to your device

    Most ebooks are delivered in EPUB/PDF format, compatible with all computers, tablets, and e-readers.
Q: My download link isn't working / expired. What do I do?

If your link is broken or has expired, email us at [yefanghuaqian@outlook.com] with your order number. We will send you a fresh, working download link within 24 business hours at no extra cost.
Q: Can I download the e-books more than once?

Yes. You may download the file to multiple personal devices for your own use. We limit individual downloads to 3-5 times.

All our e-books are provided in EPUB/PDF format, which is compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Kindle, and all major e-reader devices.
Q: Is the content the same as advertised?
Yes, Inner Sage Outer King not only teaches you theory, but also how to practice, with clear standards for Sage&King.

Refunds & Cancellations

Q: What is your refund policy for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital goods — which are instantly accessible and cannot be "returned" — all sales are final once the download link is successfully sent. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Copyright & Usage

Q: Can I share the ebook with others?

No. All ebooks are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, share, reproduce, or upload the file to any public website, group, or platform. Unauthorized sharing violates copyright law.
Q: Can I use the information in the ebook commercially?

The content is for personal educational use only. Commercial resale or redistribution of the material is prohibited, and violators will be held legally responsible.
